For those who actually noticed and missed our blog postings this week, just know that I have spared you the play by play of our days in Orlanda, Florida theme park nirvana. And while I won’t correct that now, it is notable that we inadvertently decided to visit Disney World during the lowest attendance week of the year. While I was a bit disconcerted by not being able to play my accustomed role of purveyor of the fast passes, I soon realized that it is more fun to actually ride the rides. And we were left with oodles of time for things like pirate makeovers, swimming in the resort pools and riding the Buzz Lightyear ride over and over until we had all figured out how to score the maximum 999,999 points. And if we missed all of the cool displays that Disney has to entertain you while you are actually waiting in line for hours, I guess it was worth it. We also took the kids to Blue Man Group, which was an awesome show!
