We have reached the South! (Miami)

We had been having a few plumbing problems that culminated in us spending half the day on Saturday in the back parking lot of the Coin O’ Magic Landromat in Kissimmee, while Greg and the boys put a new pump in the RV toilet.  Not quite one of America’s Dirtiest Jobs, but close.  Ends up that a flushed hair claw was the evil culprit (oops).  We then drove to Miami Lakes where my brother Daenen and his wife Ann have recently moved and where Daenen attends law school at St. Thomas.  We abandoned our children in their beautiful air conditioned apartment (did I mention that the AC in the RV is not currently functioning?) and went downtown to a fabulous hip restaurant called Barton G. – its all in the presentation baby.  After dinner we strolled and shopped along Lincoln Street.  Greg may or may not have found a few gems for his next band performance, while Ann & I have decided to launch a new millinery business.  Keep you posted on that!
