Nothing could be less scary than our journeys of late. We might made the effort to find a random haunted house, had we even realized that it was Friday the 13th before 11:30 pm (when the twins were arguing about whether it was an odd or even day).
We left the Goldens in Tennessee and headed to North Carolina. Here are some highlights of the last few days:
Skateboarding in the Golden’s cul-de-sac in Kingsport, TN/ Dining at The Fig Bistro in Asheville
NC/ Visiting with Greg’s cousins Phil & Sandy Thomas at Sandy’s Country Christmas in Shelby, NC
Making repairs all day at a Walmart parking lot somewhere in NC/ Playing competitive darts with completely homemade dart set (chicken optional)
Self-guided (and totally unrestricted) tour of the Yorktown (WWII Aircraft Carrier @ Patriot Point) Charleston NC/ Scaring Avi to death by taking her to the latest movie version of “A Christmas Carol."
You know, Greg sure seems to have lots of "relatives" in random locations around the country...
